Linda I enjoy the fact that one can dance at ones own level (always supported
this). It is not competitive and therefore it is inclusive of all.
I especially love the Isadora Duncan free-dance, a chance to dance from the inside out and let rip, totally in the present. Be prepared, it can unleash some strong feelings! I love the variety of music, the beat varies, unlike some exercise
classes, where it is the same boom boom.
I enjoy the routines and welcome some repetition as one has the feeling
of flowing with ease.
I welcome the cool down and stretches at the end. In fact the whole
class feels balanced because it's like a good story, it has a beginning, middle and an end and I leave feeling relaxed and
balanced, mind and body.
